Georgeian Land Project lands its first major lease in the U.S. and will open in 2018.
The georgian project will be built on an 11,000-acre parcel located on the banks of the Missouri River near Lake Charles, Louisiana, which is home to the Louisiana Aquarium.
The project is expected to be the first major georgic project to be built in the United States, according to a press release from Georgia, which manages the project.
The lease will give Georgias management and construction companies a 12-year, $1.4 billion development contract.
Georgian Land is located on a 700-acre lake, which holds the lakefront park and is home mostly to the georgians native freshwater fish, which the geos live in the lake.
The land will have two parking lots, and the company says the project will offer residents a large variety of recreational amenities, including hiking trails, fishing, boating, and kayaking.
The $1 billion project is scheduled to be completed by 2020.
The first georgics land project, the $4 billion project at the Missouri Aquarium, will open later this year.
