How to be the world’s best defence contractor

In the 21st century, defence contractors need to build better equipment.

That means a more capable combat fleet.

The Defence Industry Review, a report released by the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, is a step in the right direction.

But the real challenge will be finding ways to keep it sustainable.

We’ve already seen a few ways to do that, and it seems to be working.

Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) is the federal agency responsible for making acquisitions.

The DRDC has more than 2,400 employees.

It is also the country’s largest acquisition-related contractor.

It has to make acquisitions.

DRDC is one of a few federal agencies that have to deal with acquisitions.

It’s instead on developing new technologies that will keep existing equipment in good working order.

The DRDC doesn’t have the same emphasis on technology acquisition as other government departments.

The department is not required to conduct any research into how new technology will affect defence.

But it does conduct research into new technology that could potentially replace existing technologies.

It has also conducted research into technologies that could replace old equipment.

This could include new designs for weapons systems, as well as ways to improve existing technologies in other areas.

The new equipment could be the future of defence.

There’s no telling what new technology may emerge.

The next challenge is the acquisition of the technology to support the new technologies.

DRC is currently the only department that has been granted this kind of grant.

That has created a problem for the DRACs new procurement manager, Peter Jost.

Jost is responsible for finding a way to get the DRDDC to meet its acquisition and sustainment goals.

In his statement, Jost said the DRDD is “not an acquisition department.

Rather, it serves as a resource to enable the Department to deliver the necessary technology development to meet the capabilities required by future missions”.

What he means is that the department has to develop the new technology to help the DRDEs new acquisition strategy.

Jost says the department is now working on ways to make it easier for DRDC to find new technology for its new procurement strategy.

The way this works is that DRDAC is responsible only for the acquisition process.

It doesn’t need to make any further acquisitions to keep its current procurement priorities.

The contract is then awarded to DRDC.

So if the new acquisition technology is developed by DRDC, it will then be put through a rigorous test.

This involves a number of criteria, including having a competitive bid, a competitive tender, and a contract award.

It will also need to meet a number in-house requirements.

That’s how it works in DRDC’s procurement.

DRDDEs procurement manager for procurement, Mark Hickey, said the process has now evolved so that it can be “prosperous” for the new equipment.

He said that when a DRDC contractor works with a new equipment manufacturer, they must submit the technology specification to DRDCD.

The new technology must then be tested and proven.

This is a major change from what DRDCs procurement director had previously done.

He had previously given his own contractors a “blank cheque” to work with the new manufacturer.

Now he is asking them to do some work.

The process has to be “fair, transparent, and accountable”.

And Hickey is now asking DRDC contractors to submit their own technology to the department. 

The DRDCA has to have a “good faith” process that allows DRDC the flexibility to do this, said Hickey.

The technology that DRDE has to work on has to meet DRDC procurement goals, said James K. Miller, who is director of DRDC research.

The department has a good deal of flexibility to be able to move forward with the procurement, he said.

“The challenge is that we have to be flexible.

We have to have the ability to do things, and that flexibility comes with the ability for DRD to do it.”

The process could be a bit messy.

For example, some of the technologies DRDC can work with are not new.

But they can also not be done by DRD.

So it will be up to DRCD to make sure that it has the capability to work together with the company.
